The delivery cost is for delivery within New Zealand no matter how many products you order. Charges are per order and are not based on weight. Products you have purchased are delivered to your door by New Zealand Post or courier. We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days once payment has been received, but if your puzzle is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you.If you need your order delivered earlier, please contact us.
Your privacy is assured by us, we will not distribute any information gained through your use of our service, if you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us.
Whilst we try to make sure our prices are accurate, in the event of a price being incorrect, we reserve the right to notify you of this and charge the correct price.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if stock is unavailable at the time of purchase. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
There is a shipping and handling charge of $7.00 for delivery within the North Island, and $12.00 for delivery within the South Island. There is an additional $4.00 charge for rural delivery. For overseas orders please email us for a quote.
Pathway Puzzles will refund any purchase within 14 days of arrival at destination, as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging. Freight costs, to return the product by courier, are covered by the customer. The only exception to this is if the product has been deemed faulty.
